Ticket Guide

In order to purchase your ticket for the event you will need to sign in to your personal account and proceed to select the type of ticket you want. When you have completed the purchase of the e-ticket, you will receive an email titled “ADD FESTIVAL 2019 Tickets #ORDER_NUMBER – Spotlight POS”. In the body of the email you will find all the information you provided when ordering.
In case you don’t receive the email in your Inbox, it might have ended up in the “Spam folder (junk/spam)”. If you don’t find the email in your junk mail, please send us an email to info@addfestival.gr with your order details and we will contact you.
You have to present the confirmation email at the entrance of the event on May 25 and you will receive your ticket in the form of a bracelet (wearable). This bracelet will be your virtual ‘wallet’. You can use it for purchases through this website or during the event.

The company does not store any personal data of the customers, related to online payment of products, such as credit/debit cards numbers.

By attending the festival all participants agree with the possible recording and/or use of their portrait and/or image or video display for the festival’s promotional/commercial or artistic purposes for an indefinite amount of time and around the world.

Terms of Use

The company offers its services under the following terms of use, which visitors should read carefully prior to a visit/use of the pages/services. By accessing the website www.add-festival.gr (hereinafter abbreviated as “website”), information, and the services you state that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions. The following terms of use apply to the entire content and of our website. The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of use at any time, without prior notice, and visitors must check every time for potential changes and in the case that they continue the use it is deemed that they accept the amended terms and conditions.

Unlimited Pack Terms of Use
1. The Unlimited Pack service is strictly personal. The products are offered exclusively at specially designed spaces. Only “Unlimited Pack” holders will be granted access to the respective areas. .
2. The products available at the Unlimited Bars are: vodka, gin, rum, whiskey, tequila, energy drink (Red bull), soft drinks, beers. For any other product, pricelist charges are applicable.
3. Minimum time between orders of alcoholic beverages is set at 20 minutes.
4. In case of abuse of the abovementioned privileges the Company reserves the right to prohibit access to the respective areas.

The entire content of the website, including, without limitation, texts, news, graphics, drawings, photographs, illustrations, pictures, services and generally records of any nature is subject to intellectual property of the company and is governed by national and international copyright laws, except for any expressly acknowledged third party rights.
